CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer upon booking. A 50% deposit is non-refundable of the total cost of the booking if cancellation is made. Kindly note, that in the event of accommodation that has been reserved being cancelled within 14 days of your visit, 100% of your booking will be chargeable. Please note that a £4 bank charge will be applied if paying by Credit card (not Debit card). Please make cheques payable to ‘The Old Joinery’. Thank you.
Your room will be ready for occupation from 4pm. Please, if possible, let us know your approximate arrival time.
Check in is between 4pm-8pm (If arriving outside these hours, please let us know)
